Chef Angel Buckland is a trained chef in Classical French Cuisine, Culinary Arts, Baking, and Pastry. Angel graduated with honors from Valencia College of Central Florida. She achieved A.S. degrees in both Culinary Arts, and Baking & Pastry Management. While attending Valencia College, Angel achieved the coveted President’s Honor-Student List.
Chef Angel is a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is a two-time Silver Medalist winner; winning her first medal at the American Culinary Federation State Championship and the second medal during the American Culinary Federation Winterfest tournament event.
